Field photos in,
inspection findings out
We turn field photos into defect reports at a pace no inspection team can match by hand. Our engineers set up RapidInspectionAI around your assets and standards. Your team stays in control.
Manual review doesn't scale
It's not that inspectors miss things. A spreadsheet-and-photo-folder process just can't keep up once volume grows.
- Scoring depends on who walked the site
- Backlogs pile up the moment volume spikes
- Findings scatter across folders and spreadsheets
- No record of who reviewed what, or when
- A senior inspector's judgment leaves when they do
Pick a defect and see everywhere it turns up, with the evidence attached.
Give it the batch, it takes it from there
Point it at a set of field captures and it works the whole job through: reading the condition of each asset, weighing what it finds against your standards, and arriving at a programme of work. Your team is brought in where judgement belongs to a person.
Read
Makes sense of what each capture shows and where on the asset it belongs.
Assess
Weighs each finding against the standard your programme is held to.
Confirm
The calls that belong to a person reach a reviewer, with the evidence already gathered.
Plan
Turns the confirmed picture into interventions, ranked and costed across the portfolio.
Each round leaves the programme better calibrated for the next one.
What goes in, what comes out
Configured around your assets and your standards, then run on every batch.

Our products
Field photos to inspection findings
Bridges, viaducts, tunnels, quay and retaining walls, facades. Photographs come back as findings tied to the element they sit on, scored against your condition standard and written into the report.
- Takes
- Handheld photos, video, drone stills. Whatever the survey already produces.
Drone survey to pavement condition index
Runways, taxiways, aprons and road pavement. A survey flight becomes a tiled condition map: every crack measured, every tile scored, the whole surface ranked so you know where to resurface first.
- Takes
- A georeferenced drone survey flown to a fixed spec. Coverage is the point.
Questions
Which industries and asset types do you cover?
Three sectors today, and the platform is the same one in each. What changes between them is the defect list, the condition standard the findings are scored against, and how the captures arrive.
- Infrastructure
- Bridges, viaducts, tunnels, culverts, quay and retaining walls, locks and weirs. Usually a recurring inspection cycle against a fixed condition standard, with cracking, corrosion, spalling, timber decay and joint defects among the categories reported.
- Energy & utilities
- Assets that are expensive or unsafe to reach on foot: turbine blades and towers, solar arrays, substations, transmission structures. Captures typically come off a drone flight rather than a handheld camera, and blade erosion, panel defects and corrosion are the usual categories.
- Facilities & real estate
- Building envelopes, facades, roofs, car parks and pavements, generally for portfolios larger than an in-house team can walk. Water ingress, facade cracking, membrane wear and surface deterioration.
The lists above are illustrative rather than the boundary. If you inspect something that isn't named here, the question is whether the defects are visible in a photograph and whether you have a standard to score them against. If both hold, it's worth a conversation. Tell us what you inspect and we'll scope it.
How quickly can we get started?
Tell us what you inspect and we'll scope your setup. You'll typically see real reports within days of kickoff.
How does the AI learn what to find?
We adapt it to your task and sample images, no training required on your end. It keeps improving as your team reviews and accepts AI recommendations.
How is pricing structured?
Based on volume and asset complexity. Talk to us and we'll send a proposal.
Can this integrate with our existing software?
Upload and reporting work out of the box. For larger programs, we can integrate with your asset management or GIS system.
How do you handle our data?
Inspection photos are commercially sensitive. Here's the arrangement.
- Own environment per client
- Your data sits in its own space, governed by your organization's own permissions.
- Used only for your results
- Images and findings go into your reports and nowhere else.
- Role-based access
- Your team decides who can view, upload, and export.
- Full audit trail
- Corrections are logged with who made them and when.
We deploy it for you
No signup form. Pricing depends on your volume. Get in touch.
Start a conversation- Discovery call. We ask about your assets and what you need reported.
- Tailored setup. We configure detection and severity rules around your standards.
- Pilot program. A real batch runs through the platform. Your team checks the results.
- Ongoing support. One point of contact as volume grows or new assets come online.
